This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions ("Terms") which apply when you shop with Jr. H.H. Corporation, a California company doing business as Silver Echo Gallery or register with or use www.silver-echo.com (collectively hereinafter referred to as "silver-echo.com"). By shopping with Silver Echo Gallery, you agree to the Terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, please discontinue shopping with Silver Echo Gallery.
These Terms are entered into by and between you and Silver Echo Gallery. In consideration of your shopping with Silver Echo Gallery, and the promises and obligations herein, and intending to be legally bound, you and Silver Echo Gallery hereby agree as follows:

You are eighteen (18) years of age.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding shopping with Silver Echo Gallery and your purchase of items through Silver Echo Gallery .

Your shopping with Silver Echo Gallery is subject to these Terms, any modifications issued by Silver Echo Gallery to these Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations.
RETURNS - Damaged in Shipping
If the item was damaged in shipping, please report it immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of the item) at taylor@silver-echo.com or (323)-702-2131. We will file an insurance claim and issue a call tag to have the item returned to Silver Echo Gallery, and repaired or replaced.
KEEP ALL ITEMS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL CONTACTED BY US OR THE CARRIER.
If we are able, we will exchange the item for an undamaged one, or we will fix the one returned. If the item is not available, or damages are irreparable we will issue a store credit 100% of the original charge, excluding shipping. The 100% store credit will be available once the parcel insurance claim is filed and Silver Echo Gallery is paid on the claim.
RETURNS - Refund or Store Credit
We try very hard to list the item with as much detail as possible, but if the item was misrepresented during the time of purchase, or on the website, it may be returned for a 100% store credit.
Otherwise all other returns are as follows:
100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We guarantee 100% the authenticity of the art works sold. Damaged items will be replaced and/or repaired at no additional cost. No Exchanges and/or returns will be accepted. To communicate a return to the Silver Echo Gallery please email taylor@silver-echo.com or call (323)-702-2131. Please be prepared to include the Silver Echo Gallery item number, invoice number and purchase date.
*Shipping charges never refundable.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted after 7 days from the day the purchaser received the item, if it was not communicated in a timely manner.
All items must be in "as-new" or same condition, in original packaging and with all certificates, manuals, pieces, parts and accessories.
How to Make a Return
Just follow these simple steps to return merchandise to Silver Echo Gallery .

Locate the original invoice shipped with your order. Using the information from your original invoice will ensure that we are able to process your return quickly and accurately by accessing customer information and order information contained on the invoice.

Make sure your return is within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

On the back of the invoice, indicate why you are returning the item, whether you wish to receive a "Store Credit" or "Refund."

Make a copy of the invoice for your records.

Carefully repack the item using the original presentation box or container. Be sure to include all parts and paperwork. Then pack your return in a secure, sturdy shipping package to prevent damage to the item.

Enclose the invoice that pertains to the order and item you are returning in the package.

Call the shipping company of your choice and have them pick up the package or drop the package off at the shipping company of choice and ship the package back to Silver Echo Gallery at:

Canceled Orders
All orders cancelled before shipping will be given a 100% store credit. All cancelled orders after are shipped subject to return policy as outlined above.

Silver Echo Gallery makes no representation or warranty with respect to any product or service sold. All products sold are solely subject to the applicable warranties and representations of their respective manufacturers;

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through Silver Echo Gallery is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system of loss of data that results from the download of any such material;

Silver Echo Gallery makes no warranty or representation that silver-echo.com or any linked site is free of computer viruses or other harmful components;

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Silver Echo Gallery shall create any warranty or representation;
